Hacking rxTools emunand on 9.9 but says it's on 4.3

I have a 3ds xl with sysNand 4.3U and followed the tutorial to install rxTools emunand. I installed one emunand in a 32GB card (with black theme) and another emunand in a 16GB Card (with blue theme, so I can differentiate then). I did it first with the emunand with black theme. Everything works perfectly, so i decidaded to do a second time. The second emunand is on 9.9U (because I updated it and the comprovation is the abillity to choose themes, something that the sysnand 4.3 can't do) too but only with this emunand when I hit system settings it sais RX3D 4.3 U. What's the problem with this emunand and what should I do to fix it?

Update the 4.3 emunand lol
That's how you fix it.

When you format emunand on a new SD card, it makes a copy of the sysnand. That means it will always start on 4.3.
If you just simply inject an emunand backup of the 9.9 emunand into the 4.3 one, both emunands will be the same exact thing.

I think u didn't understand. I haven't copied nothing. I done the emunand installation from the beginning but with another sd card, so yes, it started onde emunand 4.3. Then I updated and the update was succesful, the proof of that is that i'm now able to apply themes on the emunand. It's everything fine except for the fact that the ALREADY UPDATED EMUNAND says its not updated

Got it but not by updating. I did all the installation again

The emuNAND is SD card specific. If you make one emu NAND on one SD and another emuNAND on another, and change something on the first emuNAND (say install a cia), that CIA wont appear on the second emuNAND.
