Hacking rxtools and pokebank question

Hi Guys, I haven't tried rxtools myself but I heard it can run emunand in "classic" mode to access eshop on 9.6. My question is, I have pokemon Y and OR as CIA and 3ds rom on gateway emunand 9.5, if I use rxtools, will I be able to upload and transfer pokemon I caught in these games?

RXTools has no signature patching- and won't read the gateway cart.

It is possible to use Legit CIAs with RXTools and Pokemon Bank to do this, however a much easier option since you already have Gateway is probably to just use the save editor PkHex.

Also make sure you backup your emunand with the emunand tool. If you update it to 9.6 with RXTools, Gateway will no longer run it.

Thanks, I will look into PkHex. I just wish there is an easy way to transfer pokemon across games while keeping gateway on 9.5
