Hacking RxTools 2.7 - Install out of region CIAs?

Currently i use RxTools 2.7 as my CFW on my 2DS. My question is: As my 2DS is an EU region Model i am uncertain if i could install US or JP region CIAs (i don`t mean region free pacthed ones, that i already tried) and start them normally as i would do with EU region games. So to make it short: Can i install and start out of region CIAs? My concern is that it could potentially destroy my EmuNAND or brick my 2DS, so i want to be on the safe side by asking. If RxTool does indeed allow out of region CIAs, is it also possible with eshop CIAs if they are not region free patched?
