Hacking Running Opera w/ Patched ROM + Ewin + RAM cart

I have:
DSTT
GBA + Explorer 2-in-1 expansion pack (came with the DSTT)
Ewin GBA Loader installed (works fine for GBA ROMs)
Opera (E) ROM patched for SuperCard (as recommended here)

I run the GBA loader and press L+R

Says "Patching SDRAM...: 100% Can not initialized FAT"

Does the Opera ROM need to be somewhere specific in the directory? am i missing something?

Maybe you have an older version of the GBA Loader. Version 1.6 works fine for me. Essentially, it patches the Ewin expansion pack so that it "looks" like the official Opera memory cartridge to the NDS. It's supposed to then soft-reset back to TTMenu (if it doesn't, you can turn off your NDS and turn it right back on and the Ewin will remain patched).

If it's not working that way, you can upgrade to version 1.6 (if you haven't already) or even better use Rudolph's GBA ExpLoader 0.53 (it does the same thing but it works better).

But there is a better way! Apply this patch to the European version of the Opera browser. It will allow Opera to recognize the Ewin expansion memory without using a loader program at all. Just run the browser directly from TTMenu.
