So this Hyrule Historia book that Nintendo has put out in Japan is pretty neat. Apparently it had the official Zelda timeline in it too.

Skyward Sword
v
Minish Cap
v
Four Swords
v
Ocarina of Time (Split in to three time lines)
A: Where Hero of Time Fail
B: Where Hero of Time Wins (sent 7yr back)
C: Where Hero of Time Wins (present)

A: Where Hero of Time Fails.

A Link to the Past
v
Oracle of Ages/Oracle of Seasons
v
Link's Awakening
v
The Legend of Zelda
v
Link's Adventure

B: Where Hero of Time Wins (sent 7yr back)

Majora's Mask
v
Twilight Princess
v
Four Swords Adventure

C: Where Hero of Time Wins (Present)

Wind Waker
v
Phantom Hourglass
v
Spirit Tracks

This looks like made up crap to me so but I've posted it as Nintendo has done worse things to some of its series. Note that the main source doesn't show a scan of the the pages.

Actually I am pretty sure it isn't, correct me if I'm wrong but. Have seen many scans posted in news topics and/or general off topic chat.

Damn... Blade beat me to it.

I'll wait until I see the scanned pages and a translation!
You'll have to find that somewhere else since I'm pretty sure that's against the rules!
it's not
Fairly sure it is.
It's the same as posting a .pdf to a published book or scanned pages to a manga. You have to buy the book so yeah.
Nobody bothers because the mods don't see it as one, it's pretty strict over at Neogaf; post scanned pages from magazines and you're banned aha.

Okay this isn't neogaf, we have our own rules and if you prefer theirs I suggest you go enforce them on their forum.

Just going by the rules, brahs.

"Warez" is an internet term used to describe copyrighted software, game, film, music and data piracy.

These rules also apply to other "warez" too, not just ROM, WAD and ISO files; this includes (but is NOT limited to) - licensed and copyrighted software, code, movies, music, video games, magazines, comics, e-books, television shows, illegal torrents, etc. These rules also account for "keygens" and "cracks" including how to obtain, apply or install them.

Ah Nintendo, only it would use a contradiction-in-terms as it's 'ultimate answer'.
Anyway, prowler_'s completely right, posting magazine scans is indeed a breach of copyright, thereby breaching the rules.
As you said yourself, zerosuit connor; if you don't like the rules you're always welcome to leave ;D

Generally I have never seen it enforced. Only tiny portions of pictures are posted, if I were to post a whole book however, I imagine a mod may have my ass in his plate, in other words the ban hammer will have spoken. I don't think this is bannable or even suspendable. But thats just me.

If infinite universes are assumed, any action can split a timeline. Since we as the Hero of Time can die in OoT, it's completely possible for a third timeline branch to grow forth as a result of that action. This split would occur before the completion of the game, obviously, so there wouldn't be a Link who completed his quest who could be sent back into this timeline.

It's certainly not a split I'd have expected Nintendo to canonize, but it's not something I'm prepared to comment further on without seeing the full source.
