I keep hearing on Reddit that the freeshop won't work any longer soon when Nintendo releases a new feature that has the ability to see if you are downloading a legitimate ticket. They are also saying they will soon force everyone to update to 11.8 in order to download anything and this will affect the freeshop too. I wonder if this will delete all the pirate games once you enter the eshop like it does for the DLC?
But I wonder if I will still be able to install games via that website that has QR codes and scanning QR codes via FBI to install games without Nintendo detecting I am trying to download a pirate game?
Since the update, everyone has been freaking out lol about rather if they can still play online or still be able to play their games and there are rumors now about freeshop service ending because of the update that will affect it.
