It's obviously just a 3D ZoE game but they're going the route of "Petz" and stuff like that to appeal to a more casual audience and putting "Z" at the end of their games. Hence ZoE 3Dz.

i liked the GBA game a lot, especially how combat doesn't fully rely on the character's stats but also on the player's skill in aiming--higher stats just help with the aiming, but it's entirely up to the player if an attack hits or misses.
