Or maybe someone with good knowledge of C++ can make a "remake" homebrew.

Well, I might be wrong, but I'd say Pokemon is one of the hardest games out there to code, what with all the levelling, stats and different parts to take into consideration.

Yeah, I agree. G/S were the best in the series.... Why can't they just remake G/S for the DS already?! /cry

I totally agree. Gold and Silver were awesome. They were a real improvement over the first two games. A remake like Fire Red and Leaf Green would be awesome! Add Wii connectivity, add some new places to go to, add linking to D/P/P and it would be a must play!

I partially agree on both points. I'd rather it be a straight remake, no "remake+other" like Fire Red/Leaf Green were. Yeah, it's great to have all that additional content, but...G/S already had a ton of post-game content, pretty much the entire R/B game minus its story. Does it really need post-post-game stuff? What, after you beat up Red, you take on ...the people in Ruby/Sapphire and Diamond/Pearl? =P

Keep it at 251. That's all we ever needed anyway.

gold and silver had kanto in it.. dan i want a remake too! plus the battle tower.
if only somebody at the pokemon DS franchise has enough brain to do a G/S remake with full glorious 3D -w-
