I know a person who is an investor of MoSys and other technological companies, we talked about Wii U a few days ago and I became surprised with a comment from him about the new console:

"Wii U uses 28nm manufacturing process from NEC and 1T-SRAM from MoSys"

I asked him how he could know it and he told me that this information have been shared to the investors of MoSys because Nintendo partnership is the more important one for them and any signal of losing the deal can be very dangerous for the health of MoSys business.[/p]

    Source.

I'm not really sure what this is supposed to mean, but it doesn't hurt to toss this in here I guess.

I believe Nintendo and Mosys own stock in each other since the gamecube.

1 TB of s-ram or 1 Tb of s-ram? There is a difference. My other question why AMD's 28 nanometer? Why not their 25 they revealed a few months back?

    It's not 1T of SRAM, it's 1T-SRAM

Newest shit tends to be expensive. Older shit tends to have all the kinks worked out and most of the time and money-saving tricks discovered and documented.
