MvC2 has actually been listed for those systems for a few months now, but the achievements list popping up is indeed new. And I am indeed extremely happy.

Have fun with another shitty Arcade Stick.

StreetFighter is the only beatemup (next to tekken 3) that I really like, but I guess I may try this one out too. [IMG]

MvC or M vs anything has always been my favorite fighting series other than samurai showdown.

Actually, Madcatz's SFIV sticks (which also used Sanwa parts and were dubbed with the "Tournament Edition" moniker) were surprisingly awesome, mimicking an actual arcade stick to the end. Guess when they team up with Capcom to produce controllers for legendary games, something slaps them straight. [IMG]

Also, I'm hoping the Achievement List and Arcade Stick Announcement (press release?) are indeed legit. That'll pretty much confirm it.

I creamed my pantaloons as I read this. Thanks for the news! [IMG]

EDIT: Looking at the achievement list... theme teams? Don't remember those in the game (unless you picked 3 similar characters manually). Also I just remembered that some characters (Wolvie and Iceman come to mind) had unlimited/infinity combos. Wonder if the game will be tweaked at all for XBLA/PSN to balance things out a bit, much like the SSF2T HD Remix...? [IMG]

Balance? In Marvel vs. Capcom 2? Not a chance.

But this is good news. I've been playing the game since it's original release. Online is just what it needed.

Marvel VS Capcom 2 is pretty much the best fighting game ever. Can't wait until Capcom makes an official announcement.

I really can't wait for this, only played it once but loved it.

Finding SF4 a bit boring now, so this should keep me entertained for a while.

    Edit:1,000 posts! sweet.
