Hacking Rumble on GBA games

I have the M3DS Real Perfect bundle with the gba expansion pack and the rumble pack. I want to play Drilldozer, an amazing GBA game which features rumble, with rumble. Is this possible, because I know I have to use the gba ram expansion to play GBA games. Would the rumble ram pack work for what I am trying to do?

Also, can someone tell me what GBA exp_loader does? I tried searching but I'm sure as you all know search terms cannot be

rumble functions of slot2 rumble devices other than official rumble-builtin game carts work only for GB, GBC(if supported by emulator) and NDS games.

GBAexploader is a tool that assists in using slot-2 expansion devices when the slot1 you use doesn't support it.
an example: m3 GBA-ram on an R4, or EZ-flash 3 in 1 on an M3real
