Hacking Rominator Question

Hey,

On my copy of Rominator, I have Kirby Squeak Squad (U) on the list, but Ive seen something I've never seen before. The number of the ROM has a yellow background.

What does this mean?

I don't understand what you mean.
The yellow behind the ROM number signifies that game has a trainer available, and if there's a trainer available you can click actions -> trainer.
