Hi, quick question: which ROM renamer & organizer has the feature to rename the games in a language other than English? In particular, I'm looking for one which renames Dutch games with their proper Dutch name. I understand this has to be in the database file, so I need that too.
regards,

It is not usually the ROM organiser/manager but the database behind it that does the name.
This being said I am not aware of any database that renames to European languages if it is not "deserved"* or is even able to select language of renaming for that matter (databases will have one name or possibly 2 if you sacrifice a comment section or something).

*games that are released to a given region, similar to how we use romaji for Japanese games even if they have a more logical name or a name for the inevitable localisation (rockman=megaman, castlevania = Akumajou Dracula, medabots = medarot, Simple DS Series Vol. 17 - The Nezumi no Action Game - Mouse-Town Roddy to Rita no Daibouken = Flushed Away (J)......).

ADVANsCEne does DS like this although of the 17 Dutch games released all are film cash in games, educational or stuff like Robbie Konijn, Plop en de Pinguin and Pluk van de Petteflet), a quick scan says no-intro do this too
I have not really been following the Dutch GBAtemp equivalents lately but most of them did not translate game names when I was (it is mainly English + provisos as above, Chinese or Japanese and maybe a few other Asian languages if you are lucky).
Your best bet as I see it is to find a list of the Dutch names in approximate order (some sites do pre-order and some do other things) and then manufacture your own list using another list with names you do not care for, rather nicely the database formats are usually simple (comma separated variables) or XML based and both can be made to use a spreadsheet or database app fairly well.
Edit: no reason not to give links when I already had the sites open:
