Homebrew Rockman EXE Operate Shooting Star trading event chips

So I got RM EXE OS for my R4. Inserted the "all battle chips" and "Forte/Burai chips" cheat. Had some easy fun with the game. So much that I bought a legal copy.

So obviously since I don't live in Japan, I couldn't attend the World Hobby Fair that gave out the Forte and Burai chips. I made an alternative, I took my R4 copy and traded the chips I wanted to my legal copy.

Here's the problem, the game won't let me trade the event chips. How do I go about giving the chips to my legal copy. I don't have an AR in real life.

The alternative is I could transfer my save from my Desmume to my DS cartridge, how do I do that?
