Due to not being allowed to upload these files (isp keeps disconnecting me)
i will be Releasing ONLY the base wads which mark all DLC as purchased in one small package. sorry about this i cant help my bandwidth is shit and my isp spy on me.

You're all forgetting one important thing.
Harmonix has to pay royalties every time a song is downloaded (as it goes with anything that has to do with music) from their server and I'm sure they track how often songs are downloaded, cause they will have to show proof of how many times it's been downloaded. In other words, Harmonix has to PAY for us pirates, which is why I think it's a really bad move of people to download the entire catalog.
Sure, I've downloaded a couple of songs myself now (that's what you get by keeping PAL users from the store, while not releasing the damn game over here for ages), so I'm kind of a hypocrite, but downloading the entire frigging catalog is just not done in my opinion.

i packed together all the encrypted file so that people wouldnt have to download them from nintendo. but my ISP is having issues and i cannot host such a large torrent.tw3nz0r said:

Are there any prerequisites for the 2 wads to mark dlc as purchased to actually work?
after installing them twice (getting error ret -1017) and loading my original RB2 disk, I see all dlc marked as PURCHASED.
however, upon choosing to download something, it asks if I want to d/l again, I say yes, then it tries and immediately kicks me out with an error 204704.
I've seen mention of this error but no resolution.
FWIW I am running 3.2U and have most (all?) IOS installed.
BTW I was able to d/l some "0" point songs before, so wiishop is working, internet working, etc. Funny thing is now I can no longer even redownload the contact downloaded before. It craps out with the 204704 error too.

also FWIW after using tona's anytitledeleter 1.0 to delete the two wads, I still cannot get rb2 dlc back to normal. some things are still marked as puchased and won't download. also the "0" point songs previously d/l'd no longer work and cannot be downloaded again.

Another thought/question:
does xyzzy need to be run for the 2 wad installation to work? In other words, in order to actually DOWNLOAD something marked as purchased, does the xyzzy program need to be run / data need to be on the sd card somewhere?
