in future if there is way to replicate how brains work and then put them inside robot... would that make robot human? i mean, is he not just toy or worker but human if he can see/feel/hear .. what do you think? should there be ever humanly robots?

I don't think robots will reach true human-like autonomous abilities until after we are all long since dead and gone, if ever. They may come close, but I don't think any of us will ever see artificial lifeforms that cannot be distinguished from real people in one way or another.
