I have USBLoader GX up and running and I have some Wii Backup games that I want to rip to the HDD. I tried via USBLoader GX but my Wii supposedly can't read DVDs since it is one of the newer motherboards. Is there a way around this or any other way (except over wifi) that I can rip games without downloading them?

even if ur wii is new, it can read retail wii games, so u can still rip those using a usb loader

if the disks u r referring to are backups already, then use wii backup manager (for windows)

I meant like backups burned onto a disc.

Insert them into your dvd drive on your computer and rip them like a normal disk.
