1) Get WiiXPlorer
2) Insert Disc
3) Browse for .thp-File
4) Play & Extract it, directly from your Wii

Otherwise, like the others above said, ISO/WiiScrubber or Game/Wiimms ISO Tools & an THP-Player.

I found them in Nintendo games, just take a look which formats are used in the other games, maybe I can help you with other formats.

I did see some bink/rad videos when I pulled apart a few games (one of the prince of persia games). Decoder: http://www.radgametools.com/bnkdown.htm
Apparently CRI has been used in a few games http://www.cri-mw.com/product/adoption/platform/wii.html (do note they also do a fairly popular audio codec/standard so not all you see there is video). Not sure about third party decoding of their video though.

Do note emulation is pretty good these days and you also have the capture video option which you can augment with a file system hack (make the last level CGI play instead of the intro/title sequence or something like that).

Are .Thp in all wii games or is it only on Nintendo games?

Capcom is using MPEG Softdec 2nd Gen.
There are Decoders for 1st Gen but none for 2nd as far as i Know.

For THP converting i startet to code a THP2XVID converter some time ago...
But i never finished it or released something. No time.
