It depends how it is embedded.

If it's a Windows Media Player/similar embed, try right clicking and choosing properties and the URL may be there.

If you are using Firefox, right click on the page, click "View Page Info" then click on the Media tab and look for a "embed" type generally.

If it's flash based, you'd want to look at the website's sourcecode for clues.

Select Tools/Grab++ then play the song you want to grab, the song will then show up in the Grab++ box, now just select the song and click download.
