Assuming this is relating to something from a changelog or the like of Riivolution, I would assume it to Nintendo making some change in the IOS Riivolution uses, not blocking the exploit used by Riivolution, but just requiring Riivolution to work slightly differently. (e.g. perhaps the code that is exploited was moved about slightly in the IOS binary or whatever, and Riivolution needed to be adjusted for that). In other words, "RIivolution was unintentionally blocked".
