Anybody else like the song besides me?
It's a decent enough song. It's just annoying cause too many people abuse rickroll.
My dad actually loves this song. He wondered what the point of "Rickrolling" was if the song was good.
But this is EoF stuff.
NEVER GONNA GIVE YOU UP
NEVER GONNA LET YOU DOWN
NEVER GONNA RUN AROUND, AND HURT YOU
Yeah, it has the unfortunate status of having the worst intro to a song ever, but if you get past that it's not horrible.
I thought it was always a pretty good song, but the annoying pop ups that... well pop up when on that one site is pretty annoying. (Easy fix with AdBlock, or popup blocker.)
Well, technically, Books, Music, TV & Movies.
Keep it serious. It's a music thread, don't always think that it's EoF material just because it names Rick Astley in it.
Though I still don't get if the OP meant the song in a trollish way, or a serious way...
For now, this stays here.
You know the rules and so do us.
And this is EXACTLY what I do not want in a serious thread.
Another one of those posts, and down in the EoF this goes.
So what's the point of this thread? It feels like the OP created a troll thread. At least no one posted the song.
Yes I like the song. I used to hear it often... It has that style of 80s in it.
PS: Why so serious Raulpica?
Edit: She is good.
I agree with raul on all points except one.
On topic: I recently added this song as a "Mystery bonus track" to a CD I made for a friend.
Haven't gotten a response to that, yet.
explains it quite well in the first post
I simply wanted to know if anybody liked the song like actually liked it
Well, I've heard it so much as a n00b I started to like it.
well after the rickroll'd era, i actually went to search for the song and listen to it full, and then i liked it and did more search for concerts and things like that, and Rick Astley still sings it. So he can say that he rick roll'd the world by 25 whole years, yeah this song was debuted in 1987 if I remember well the research lol
For all the people wondering, this is a serious thread. No troll intended >.
It's the epitome of 80's cheesiness; if you can go along with that, though, it's certainly enjoyable.
