Do your wires run near any coils or MOSFETS?
Injected the ECC to glitch to XeLL?
Programmed the chip?
Other things you can try is shortening the RST wire a tiny bit.
Could you post some close up pictures of your solderjob?
Might be helpful.

The power brick is orange, following the video I programmed the chip first and then did 2x nand read. Nothing touching coils and checked usb ports. I can turn off the chip and still won't boot. I can attach to programmer chip and it gets power from the xbox as well. Not sure which points to check, xbox controller also does not power it on

Double post but FT6U1 came off while looking around, here is the full board view. Looked through all the lines and seems fine

Well, I found the 6v chip broke off a leg in middle and another leg had a small crack in it. I tried soldering a wire to bridge the connection but that didn't work. Soldering bad, but I cleaned up by removing everything, no power, recut the wires smaller and tried to nand dump again. Got can't continue 0000 error multiple times. The power brick did turn red after the successfully attempt, had to unplug the brick and it went back to orange. Anyways it went trash, the consol was very dirty,a and the metal frame had some rust. It cost 10 dollars at thrift store, ordered another rghed already on ebay

@Maximumbeans, Indeed. I've been working on getting this Infecutus chip to work on my PS2. But after soldering, I realised that a plastic piece was missing from the power ribbon cable to the power and eject buttons. -

Now I could go with soldering the contacts from the cable to the connector on the mobo, but doesn't sound like a good permanent solution.

@Maximumbeans, Maybe start practice soldering. Get a cheap-ass soldering iron and follow some good YouTube tutorials.+1

Least my experience has gotten better than over a decade ago. My iron would constantly bump into components and break them.
