IMHO it looks like a boring awkward game, but the same can be said of anything in the Neptunia franchise.

I started Re;Birth 1 on my Vita last night, and it's actually a pretty fun and humorous game. The Neptunia franchise, at least the Re games seem to be pretty well done. It's the spinoff titles that kind of fall flat.
