You should have bought another card months ago.

If DSTT is your only flashlinker, than that's your own problem.

We don't really know what Retro is going to do.

He said that he won't update anymore, but maybe he's going to change his opinion.

You knew that Golden Sun is going to come, and you knew that Akaio is going to be able to play it directly.

As said: It's your own fault if you can't play this game now. Not Retro's or mine or anybody's else.

I think the olny flash card thats been declared dead more times than the dstt is the R4. Still the updates always seem to flow. There are people still creating fixes if your patent. If your not, yeah buy a new card.

its not a bad advice, its actually one of the best he can give you (flashcart wise) but if that doesnt work then. yeah, it is not sure about retro and the updates, it might or might not be true he is leaving, only time will tell

Sadly no one can even tell you if he will ever update again. Not even I can tell you, even though him and I are pretty close here on the Temp. My only advice is to either wait till a new team picks up the updates, Yellow Wood Goblin ports over Wood to the DSTT (which I doubt he would ever think of doing), or look into a new flashcard for the time being.
Either way I really don't see the reason this thread should still be open since there is no real answer and must threads like this go down hill really fast.

It's OK. Some people need a "push" untill they understand that they have to buy a new card for 6-12 US-$.

Some people need that "push" over several months.

That's not just the DSTT community, M3 is the same.

Do yourself a favor and buy an R4 for 6$ for the time being. It's a way better invesment and you can just buy it here
Like the M3 scene, the DSTT scene really isn't that great a scene since both their teams are pretty much dead and the only people updating them both quit.

He said he's not going to update because he's tired of ungrateful pricks acting as if he owes something to them all. They act as if they own him because he released updates in the first place. Hope that answer's your question.
