Homebrew Emulator Retroarch Wii Vs Re Hexaeco SS

I just wanna know which one is better for Nes, Snes, Gba, Genesis, Sega CD, Turbografx 16 and Arcade (MAME or FBA).

Well the emulation is the same as they both use Retroarch cores, the main difference is that RA-HEXAECO has per-core config saving. This means that you can save specific resolutions on a per-core basis and not have to switch it each time you boot up a core. It also simplifies the UI by removing superfluous menu options that are not applicable to the Wii version.
