Well the emulation is the same as they both use Retroarch cores, the main difference is that RA-HEXAECO has per-core config saving. This means that you can save specific resolutions on a per-core basis and not have to switch it each time you boot up a core. It also simplifies the UI by removing superfluous menu options that are not applicable to the Wii version.

Can I change the button inputs in each core?
