Hacking Retail Update only work on retail disc ?

it's true ? because when i'm install retail update, it have error. the only way to fix it is have retail disc, install update then dump into fpkg right ?

Did you even look through this section at all? https://gbatemp.net/threads/release...ackager-by-duxa-aka-chrushev-v6-22-18.508723/ If I'm understanding you correctly, this should fix your problem.

Work:
Retail Updates works on retail game.
FPKG Updates works on retail or FPKG game. (with HEN payload)

Don't:
Retail Updates don't work on FPKG game.

Same goes with DLCs.
