I have a 5.0.2 backup that I made with hekate, I want to restore it, but my switch updated to 5.1.0.
Is there any way to restore it? Also I am missing the BOOT0 file (so I have the rawnand.bin file and BOOT1 file)

If you don't have the boot files, you need to rebuild them. Also why do you want to downgrade to 5.0.2? Pretty useless imo.

I want to restore the nand because I want to have a clean sysnand for games and a emunand to run homebrew offline, how can I rebuild the boot files?

Here: https://guide.sdsetup.com/usingcfw/manualchoiupgrade. You will have a clean NAND afterwards.

If you downgrade your sysNAND with the PC method it might not be clean anymore. If anything looks odd such as log files being wiped or other things missing/changed that should be there on a stock console you could get banned. As the PC method rebuilds the sys partition from scratch, any log files and similar that are stored there will be wiped.
Why downgrade? It's not like there's any practical difference besides less games being supported on a lower firmware.

Because I installed nsp files on the 5.1.0 and I read that the most effective way to avoid being banned is to restore a nand backup made before running nsps

Yeah, that's the best way. But if you don't have the boot files, you can only rebuild.

True. You can rebuild NAND with the method mentioned by @pLaYeR^^ but only restore the boot partitions, with your own rawnand backup. That way it should be 100% stock.
If you have an emuNAND it's best to just keep all your CFW activities on that.

And how can I restore the boot partitions with my own rawnand? I'm reading the guide that @pLaYeR^^ recommended but I don't see that step anywhere

All the partitions are separate files when you use ChoiDujour IIRC. Should be simple enough to only restore the files marked boot and skipping everything else in the guide, or you can copy them to the SD and restore them with Hekate as long as they're placed in the correct folder and named correctly.

I used ChoiDujour to restore the file that I didn't have (BOOT0.bin) so now I have the backup I made months ago in 5.0.2 (with BOOT1 and rawnand.bin files), so now I need to downgrade the switch to 5.0.2 to be able to restore the backup right?

My BOOT0.bin file was blank and my NAND restore still worked. Hekate, not SX. The other thing to look out for is if your NAND backup doesn't have exfat support, then you won't be able to use your current sd card on sysnand until you update (if your sd card is exfat).
