Looks like the GC version but with the extras of the PC/PS2 versions (as said in other threads)

Never bought this due to the lack of copies available at the time, and now there are copies its like £30-£40 in shops, not good for a two year old game! SO justhad a naughty copy to play with.

If it's more than £20 I doubt go for it. Is it too much to hope for a rejected levels disc featuring what we saw in early trailers like the fog demo and hookman thing? I also heard there was a zombie trailer that was shown to industry folk.

Assuming those screens mean 480p I'm very excited to buy this version. I loved the hell out of the GC version and never played it on PS2 so those extras will be new to me. Since I never got around to buying the GC version earlier, I figure I also owe them some money.

Now there are two Wii games I don't hate with every fiber of my being...too bad they're both Game Cube games.

Think I read somewhere that it will have true 16:9 widescreen and Dolby Pro Logic II support, or something like that.

Some people are wondering "whats the point, I have it on GC/PS2/PC", these people are probably the same who want ports of N64 games on DS and anyway a lot of people don't have it, its not as if you gonna be forced to buy it. I'd rather have a new Resi game (and not some on rails shooter like Umbrella Chronicles) but we've got a port for now and if it does well Capcom might give us a proper game in the future.

one of my fave games ever this is.

I didnt play the ps2 version but a friend gave me a save file for end of the game for the ada game. I beat one of the chapters but the shocking gfx and controls made me stop.

i think ill play the wii version if they dont mess it up.

There should add an option where you tape a second wiimote to your leg, so that when you want to do a roundhouse kick you have to do it for REAL.

A lot of "hands on" previews for this have been very positive stating that the aiming is perfect but makes the game easier and that the controller makes the knife more important. Graphically its sharper than GC but most wont notice.

Some say that loading is a little longer than GC version but the quick time bits are a lot better handled on Wii.

Best version ever? Possibly.
