Misc Reset Wii U with parental control and user with password

Hello,
I got a Wii U with a user with a password which I don't know.
When I try to add a new user it asks for a parental control pin which I also don't know.

Is there any way to reset the Wii U?
The old owner don't remember the password neither the parental control pin, he can change the password on the web page but I can't access the options to setup a wifi or remove the parental control...

I manage to hit the parental control after 200 attempts
When turning on I had an option to select an user which I don't know the password or create a new user for which I needed the parental control pin.
There were no way to access the options to setup a wifi and reset the password or to access the parental control settings to remove them

May I ask what users are on the console because my cousin sold my Wii U by accident and gave me the one he was supposed to sell. And I know the information on my Wii U like the parental controls pin and other stuff.

I have purchased x2 wii u consoles quite cheaply that had Parental controls enabled and linked to a Ninty id accounts.
You simply have to just sit down and hack away start at 0000 and increment by x1 up to 9999
If you set yourself a target of a 1000 it only takes you x10 sessions of hacking
Stop make a coffee and carry on with the next 1000 numbers.
The wii u does not time out after x3 attempts, so here lies a solution that honestly works.
Trust me it doesnt take long and its less hassle than trying to read the nand or waste you money on a phone call.
I would also recommend once its unlocked set the pin to a local account.
