Hacking [Request] Yokai Watch 3 3ds sav to cia

Until a few days ago, I have been using Gateway to play games via 3ds/3dz files. I was on system version 9.2 and never had any issues so I never bothered with Luma/CFW. Unfortunately, my 3DS battery died and I was kicked out of EmuNAND, and it appears that the Gateway website that I used to access EmuNAND is gone...

In any case, I followed the instructions on 3ds.hacks.guide and now have CFW installed properly (I hope), but I've realized that I cannot play .3ds games, only .cia.

I searched up how to convert .3ds saves to cia, but it seems like I need to be able to access Gateway to convert it (which obviously I cannot, since that's why I've switched to Luma in the first place).

Is anyone able to help me, or has anything changed since those threads I found from 2017? I'm a bit lost.

I read up about Godmode9, but I am not sure if Godmode9 is able to do what I want. I am not trying to convert a .3ds file to a .cia file; I am trying to transfer my Gateway save (.sav file) so that I can use it with Luma. I believe that I need to decrypt the .sav file, and I don't see any way of doing this with Godmode9. Apologies if I'm missing something obvious.

    If your throat closes, putting oxygen in your mouth will not solve anything - as you will be introducing oxygen prior to the area of obstruction
