As far as I know you can't actually edit the textures in the 3ds Zelda games. I'd be glad to be proven wrong though.

I don't have the rom downloaded, but if they use nearly any known format, we probably can

The only rom hacks for Majora's mask and OOT I would ever wish for are button map mods. I want B = Y and A = B, then it'd feel more like an N64 controller. I still have no idea why Nintendo didn't add that, but Kirby's Adventure does :/
