ROM Hack Request - Mario Odyssey starter save with all costumes unlocked

I'm looking for a Super Mario Odyssey save where you can start a new game with all costumes unlocked.

I already found a 100% save file but that's not what I'm looking for, I would like to play a new game with every costume available.

Any chance anyone had this please ? I researched and failed to find one.

If no one has such a save file, can someone at least tell me if it's possible to create one with a save editor please ?
