Homebrew [REQUEST] Cheat Retriever From Phone to 3DS

From the title, you can probably infer what I'm talking about. Since we have been able to transfer data between a phone and a 3ds (For example, SocketPunch), couldn't there be a way to have a game cheater made into a .apk to install, send cheat data to a receiver point in the 3ds?

What I'm saying is, could there be a way where you could open up a game in the 3ds with a certain receiver point turned on, then I could open an app that has buttons that when clicked, sends code to the receiver point, which directs the cheat to the game?

I think that would be pretty cool if this was done.

If someone ported the NTR debugger to Android, sure, but I feel it would have entirely too much overhead and be way too cumbersome in general to even be worth the effort.
