ROM Hack [REQUEST] Audio files from Hyrule Warriors Legends

As the title states I'm looking for someone who can extract the audio files from Hyrule Warriors Legends on the 3DS. Specifically I want to get a hold of that "Hey, Listen!" audio for Navi.

is there a way to extract it?

I can't find shit about it online, except for this thread and a program called Dragon Unpacker which is telling me it can't find the drivers for this file. I'm at work so no admin privileges to install drivers

Out of curiosity, why do you want to get ahold of the sound files? Are you going to try to edit/replace them?
