Honestly, I don't think it will be possible anytime soon™, at least in a playable state. Of course, porting the emulator and running games at 2 fps with horrible accuracy should be fairly easy, but not that useful.

Before anything I just wanna say @Zephir1991 that's an awesome avatar.

Moving on, as much as I would love to see a ps2 emulator (my only reason for hacking my vita among very few other things) the possibility of it happening are slim to none. A proof of concept would be possible but that would probably be about it; at least that's the case with the current situation.
