Hacking Translation Project Repost (forgot to tag the previous translation call for help)

This is the game. I had a idea for a menu translation of this game, yet i am unsure how to proceed. The main reason i had this idea is to drum up support for a full translation and get people interested. If there is a menu translation, please kindly link me to it. Mostly im asking around here is because the files for anything that isnt a image seem to be encrypted in a weird format called ".orz". Game looks interesting, too. Seems to be more like the Romancing SaGa series. Shame i cant read japanese for the life of me. If anyone can help please do. I'm no programmer.
