Suggestion Reply button for all blogposts

I noticed that there was one blogpost (can't find it anymore) where there was a reply feature next to the like button, but any other blogpost I see, it's missing. Why is it not enabled for all blogposts? There is already some basic text formatting with smilies and stuff, but quoting is simply missing. Why?

Could it be that you confused that blog post with a review? Reviews have the same uniquely designed comments section as blog posts, except they have the reply button.
Though if you ask me, I think blogs not having the option to quote posts (except manually) is pretty dumb.
