ROM Hack Replacing Pkmn Soul Silver Japanese Dialogues

Hi guys, I know that this maybe sounds crazy but I want to know if there's a way to replace the texts in the japanese Pokémon Soul Silver for the english ones: attacks, items, dialogues, etc. but keeping only the katakana names for the pokemon... I have a good sav there and I don't want just rename it to use it on the US version. Thanks in advice.

It's Ok I've Been Doin Mods For People All The Time And I Don't Think There Is A Tutorial I'm Not So Sure But It Will Take Me Like 1-2 Weeks Because I'm Waiting For A New Desktop Computer That My Dad's Going To Get Me

I'm not talking about BW... I mean that I want to transfer the texts of the US version to the J version of Soul Silver. I don't want to rename my J sav to use it on the american version. I want to keep the katakana names of my future breedings, catches, etc.
