This card is good, but it just lacks the power I need to run dolphin and play the latest PC games. What should I replace it with

You could get the GTX560 Ti, which offers excellent performance for a competitive price.

Make sure your PSU is able to support it though

There's no point getting a good GPU if it will just bottleneck your PC, meaning that if you have a crappy CPU, and all that power from the GPU, the GPU's potential will be limited by the CPU.
Which is basically what Rydian is implying by his question.

If you have an ok processor, i would recommend a GTX570. It is not the best GPU out, but it's still up there so it wont be very pricey, but it will be an affordable price for such a great GPU.

a good processor is needed for emulation like a intel sandy bridge processor
you dont need a good graphic card unless you want to have more than wii resolution and using filters
I can play wii games on my computer most time at 30FPS using a i3 2100 at 3.1GHz and the intel integrated graphics
