I have copied the code. When I hit browse it asks for a file. I don't have a file. I have text.

Start up sxos, it will place the request.dat file on your SD. That is the file you need to upload.

I do not know why no one has gave you the correct answer yet but,,,

IF you have a license code from the vendor im guessing via email right ?
Ok now load sxos dongle and it should prompt you or tell you it will make a file on your sd card for license
This file will be called request license .dat
Save that file to your pc then go to this website > Click here
Once you have uploaded the request license .dat file you will be asked to enter the license code you got from the email or vendor, once you hit activate or continue you will then be given a license .dat file
a download will start. transfer that file to your sd card..
Thats it.

I dont think its a good way to do it like this cause you will connect to online... hence why i mentioned manual way and so did the other members

Sure you can activate it from the console, but that would mean you are going online with sxos. Enjoy your ban.
The offline way is better imo.

Well I now have two switches. The one I modded, if ban'd, will only prevent me from doing online gaming AFAIK. I also have zero intentions of online game play. If I really want to I'll use my other switch.

Though the activation does not not use Nintendo severs. So I'm curious why you say that? Are you implying if we do anything online we get an immediate ban? I was under the impression you had to do things like eshop. I read the banning also happens in waves and you can play online games for a while before you get hit. Also xEcuter says you can update games, surely updating games is at a higher risk then activating a code with xEcuter's servers? I don't think simply going on line bans you.

Going online with pirated software on your system will get you FLAGGED at the very least. Cheating online is an insta ban and using FreeShopNX is an insta superban. Being flagged means that when the next big ban wave comes around, you'l be banned too

hi guys, what's the difference between sx gear and pro? i saw them both on "txswitch com", or i just need to buy a os license? is it difficult to made some tools by self?

I believe SX Gear is just the dongle and jig without the license for SXOS

They don't answer. I tried that the day I bricked my switch, been 3 weeks. but I know you can't just take the dongle to another unit. that is the entire point of the activation.
