Homebrew Rename folder then forward a .dol

Hello to all,
I follow step by step guide to setup Homebrew environment : http://wiibrew.org/wiki/Homebrew_setup

Now i can compile sources and start to make my own.

I'm here to search some info about simple script :
- rename folder A to temp
- rename folder B to A
- rename folder temp to B
- run another .dol

Find these row from BootMiiSwitch source :

But i miss all homebrew appliction 'initialize process'.

Final goal is solve SNEEKv2 limitation of 47 object on screen,
with folder renaming we can hold on same SD more than one NAND,
but i think can be usefull also for other task.

anyone can point me in right direction ?
