So I know that the WAD manager and the new Title Uninstaller can help remove WADs from your system, but I don't quite understand something.

When I install a WAD, it becomes a channel doesn't it? So if I want to remove it, can't I just go to the Wii Menu and data management and remove the channel right there? I must be missing something really important because I don't see the logic in this yet.

it leaves a "ticket" which means that you can re-download it for free on the shop channel. The problem with that is, having a download history that far exceeds the amount of wii points you have used.

So far Nintendo hasn't done anything about this, but it is possible that they will in the future.

Yes, you can uninstall through going to the Wii Channel Menu, but teh Wad Uninstaller is an alternative to this. I don't think it really matters which one you use.

Do the WAD installers/uninstallers still work on 3.3x?

OIC. So if I've already deleted a few WADs through the Wii data management menu already, can I still find those "tickets" and delete those through Title Uninstaller?

Not 100% sure it will, but there are more stuff left in the Wii even using WADManager to delete the title, so it's not really necessary to use it.

yea it will delete the ticket if you use the same wad with the uninstaller

ive done it with the cracked hombrew channel and the Offical homebrew channel doesnt give me that middle finger so it means that the ticket is gone

Don't delete from the system menu.. It leaves a trace (ticket).

Just use wad uninstaller or title uninstaller, it's worth the little bit of extra time.

I deleted through the system menu at first, but then used the uninstaller afterward. The uninstaller found the tickets and deleted everything for me.

There are other traces that they can easily check.

    The play logs?
After how many or so things you play, the shorter time things go into "Other"

Come on... There is more than just the play time logs.
Do a deep scan of the contents of your NAND backup, and you'll find lots of interesting files.

I Uninstalled the hacked Homebrew Channel by using the wad uninstaller and installed the new one, (wad version), by using wad installer, but on the Homebrew Channel, it still comes up with the middle finger.
I dont like it because if any kids see it, then their parents will blame me for it.
Does anyone know how to get rid of it? (Not Twilight Hack though, I dont have it anymore)
