Maybe that would be an option if you don't want to send it to Nintendo.

Desolder the wiinja (or leave it in. they'll send you a replacement Wii and open up yours to fix it way later anyway) and send it to them. It will cost you much less than a new Wii.
An alternative would be to wait for bootmii, buy an Infectus, solder it in, and flash bootmii to your Wii through it. Though that will probably cost you more than getting it repaired by Nintendo.

IM wondering how you managed to remove the system files ios30 using the wad manager - it doesnt allow you to remove it by default and wont even giev you the option to remove it unless you have wad 30 on your SD card.
I have a feeling you didnt use wad manager and you used Any Title Deleter - and also you didnt read a god damn thing on removing wads and jumped in feet first.
Anyone who doesnt read about this on the boards doesnt deserve a wii at this stage it has been discussed so much.

just send it in to nintendo they dont care about homebrew. i send my wii in and they fixed it and they didnt care that i had it hacked.
It would never happen after an update and they know that - it will only happen after you physically remove the system wad using any title deleter or a similar application - wad manager cant do this.shawscrew said:
