Not to sound like a reasonable individual here, but do you have any proof, links or sources that Ninty never created a GC emulator? Cause I mean, not having an emulator in public obviously means they don't have one.

GameCube emulator was infact created by ex-Dolphin developer that left the group and worked for Nintendo.

Nintendo has a whole dept. in Europe, that does nothing but work on various 'emulators' they even have patents on various forms of emulation, so they can grab extra money from other companies out there doing 'backwards' compatibly designs.

Sorry, I was being sarcastic. I'll be sure to slap a '/s' on there next time.

Do we know exactly how they are doing online multiplayer under the hood? If it was just two emulators having to remained synced 60 times a second, that seems very intolerant of lag and potentially unplayable. But if they aren't getting into the original source and adding netcode to these games, then they have to come up with an emulated solution. Maybe Nintendo servers or one of the switches are emulating the game and streaming 240p video to the other. Maybe something like retroarch's look-ahead tech can be used to re-sync players after some dropped frames. Either of these solutions add significant technical demands that make the likes of N64 or even GBA far less feasible if they want to add multiplayer.

Tigran and everyone, my brothers have the Super Nintendo system and they used to played all SNES games that involves hard levels and boss fights. Except Turtles in the time, that is! Because it’s the hardest game ever. By the way, the name, Turtles in time, is the same name in the 2016 episodes of ninja turtles.
