Some of you may remember my Win a DS-X for free competition... The truth is that the prize didn't really work out to well and I decided it's probably time for people here to know what happened. A support ticket has been open for a month now with no result and I made a mirror of it so you don't have to register to see it. The only thing that has been changed in this mirror is me making most of the links inactive and me changing my email address slightly to stop spambots getting it.

I go on IRC every night (and day at the weekends) and I can never contact the staff. They don't post in the forum, they are seemingly unreachable. I can't send it back to RealHotStuff who I bought the prize from because they only have a 90 day warranty...

Can anyone offer any help at all?
