as long as you keep temp thresholds (assuming you're using a jtag or rgh), the 360 should be fine (unless it's a xenon. those are pos). I've never gotten rrod with my jtag falcon with temp threshold set at 60C/140F. I've gotten E74 once, which is one red light iirc. and, that's after a bad flash, which I fixed with the debian disc.
