P.S.2. I have plans on injecting this 2 capabilities directly inside pastacfw and make them automatic, maybe capito27 or AlbertoSONIC can work with me for doing it.

Great stuff, thank you! What bugs me though is that these come as .CIAs, making it look like permanent modifications are needed. Judging from your code though, all changes (except the .CIA installation, of course) seem to be temporary (= until the next reboot). Is that correct? If so, you could just add your two patches as a pull request on the PastaCFW GitHub and hope that someone else will fill in the gaps for O3DS. Doesn't matter if these will only be filled in later on.

On another note, offtopic somehow, but can you also block FW updates (in general, even disabling updating from System Settings) with a patch?

If i understood it right, this application get Kernel rights, and because Gateway loads a newer Firmware(even on Sysnand) its not possible to gain them.
But I havent looked realy deep in the source yet

For new3DS it's still "0004013020002C03,EUR,v9217,9.0.0-20", same Version. Gateway currently doesn't allow writing Patches.

Regionfour is known for that freezing when you press the home button.
In the frozen screen, just eject your gamecard and you can go on.
