Released: Flash2Advance Writer 3.0

A new version of Flash 2 Advance writer is now avaiable to download at http://www.flash2advance.com/ .
It has been designed to work with the new USB linker.

I will mirror this utility soon in our tools section.

After all this time I've only just found out that the F2A software also supports the older Flash Advance Pro/Turbo carts...

Still buggy. Thinks I have a 128 and not a 256. USB still don't work. I have to do usb disable/able hack.

i used little writer and f2a software ( on my fa pro 256m ) and i must f2a software is way better then littlewriter,

I just d/l 3.0 and had no prob flashing my 256 carts running XP to GBASP. usb about 10% faster than parallel connection.

Did it show you a picture of a 256 cart when writing serpent?

I DL'd it last night and it kept saying that it couldn't find the flash cart! Loaded up v1.1 and it worked without a hitch. This release is a waste of time

They need to work of the driver more than anything

It finds my 256 card but i when i flash i have to turn on my gba. Is that normal? Doesn't that cost my batteries?

If you are flashing onto a card in your GBA, you have to turn it on for it to flash.

with pogoshell is it possibly to use my whole 256M? because those maps in pogoshell cost kb's so i can't use my whole 256M
