Go to Users > [Your Username] > AppData > Local and try to delete WiiVCInjector folder and retry.

I don't know much about wine mono but this is for installing Wii, Gamecube or homebrew that's on vWii on an actual Wii U on the Wii U Menu only.

Excuse my ignorance I guess you are trying to use the injector on wine/mono as you're a Linux user? I'm not real sure then sorry.

The injector doesn't like special characters like &, rename your iso to and instead of & (and do the same on the folder if it's in a folder that says &) and retry.

Forgot to mention that applies to what you name the game in the injector too. Just no special characters anywhere at all and it should work.

I am wanting to make my own WiiVC Games using the original Wii game icon.bin banner.bin and sound.bin contents. Does anyone know how I can extract these to show the original file contents? maybe using WIT or something different. I was able to convert .ast files to .WAV but these are the full theme songs. I'd like to compare these to the sound.bin audio file which is what plays when you select the game on pre-boot. Any help / guidance would be appreciated

Any way to configure the temporary directory (where the Injector stores the files during work, before the final output) ?
As it is it uses Windows defined temporary folder and i use an SSD as my OS drive and this will reduce its life (too many write cycles ).

As a workaround i'm using a VM with Win10 on a HDD but i would like to be able to use the injector without booting a VM everytime i want to do a inject.

    Thanks.

I'm looking for some help with using original banners and icons.

I have extracted my banner.bin and icon.bin. Also converted all .tpl files to .png and I have see it is a layered style image. - Does anyone know the best way to merge all the PNG files?

I like the banner / icons WiiVC gives, but I would like to keep everything original. Original channel sound, banner and icons.

Any help would be much appreicated

Hello i'm trying to inject a forwarder for my copy of bust-a-move plus (not bash) on my vwii nand, i wanted to play with my gamepad but both the classic controller and horizontal wiimote patch aren't working even though the game supports both, is there a way to fix this?

When I start an inject, it asks whether I want to use the gamepad or Wiimote. Does this initial controller have to be used for one of the four players, or can I switch to using four Wii U pro controllers? I'd like to buy and use four Wii U pro controller for party games rather than use specialized controllers.

After I read that there is a 60 FPS widescreen patch for the PAL MGS 1 twin snakes I wanted to play it in nintendont via the injected channel, but it did boot to a blackscreen with nintendont still accepting button inputs like the reset combo.
Patching progressive together with the cheats for that game caused this(Only the ptr cheat for widescreen by ralf works, but isn't linked on the dolphin page), but the relevant part follows.

I created that inject with an older version, which was around the time the first GUI version was released.
I tried to redo the installation files with 3.0.1, but the TMD seems to be damaged when creating it with two discs.
    JNUSTool says "
    Error reading TMD cert2
    Error reading TMD cert1"
and the wup installer gx2 either has error 0xfffcffe9 when trying to install to USB or just stays at 0/0MB 0% indefinitely when installing to NAND.
I changed every other variable like game dump, usb device, sd card, fresh wii vc injector , fresh rhythm heaven files but it seems to be an error with the wii vc injector as it works with a single disc inject.
    Could you fix this please?
I really wasted the whole day with this and others shouldn't too.
    I'm on windows 10 64 bit.

Ok so I have an issue:
When converting Guilty Gear XX from wbfs, the convertion last a lot but the resulting files only have a size of 8.09MB (pic related)

I converted Wii Sport Resort before and it came without problems and with it's correct size, maybe I did something wrong?

    Aaaand nope, same result.

Maybe if I try with a different PC? I downloaded the ISO and it still has the same size of 8.10mb

I've been searchng for solution after solution, but i just can't get this program to work. Everything's fine and dandy, working normally until i actually try injecting. Nothing crazy happens until i get to the NFS conversion step, in it gets an error stating it can't find one part of the directory. I've tried every solution, but nothing seems to work. I've even tried putting the WiiVC injector in my central hard drive instead of an SD card, nothing works. Does this require going on a New PC to do this or is there any logical solution that doesn't involve an update or an extra PC?
