Homebrew Official [RELEASE] WiiU2HBC a hbl2hbc Forwarder Channel

Does anyone else have an issue installing this? I'm using tiramisu and WUP installer GX2.

When I install it to NAND, it says it was successful but the app doesn't appear. It does show up when I go to delete it in system settings, but not on the actual main menu.

When I install it to my hard drive, it says sig patches are required (I definitely have the sig patch rpx).

Any ideas what I could be doing wrong?

Hey there man. To my knowledge this app only works with CBHC. There is a new app that only works with Aroma called boot2vwii. An I just went on a huge escapade to try to render one that goes to HBC. But we finally got one that works at the link below. Just go to wiiu/apps on your sdcard and put it in a folder called boot2vwii. Hope that works for you.

For the story, I seems to have managed to find solution to my pb because of hbl2hbc Forwarder, but it is illogical too.

OK.....I FINALLY manage to make REWORK myHBL2HBC Forwarder!! It was working perfectly fine at the beggining, then after an environnement update, it wasn't working anymore, I had ALWAYS a black screen.
After a while.....Seems environnement update had again another update, because when I re-change my file on on my SD-CARD, it rework again.....Seems the "99_autobot.rpx" file in SD:\wiiu\environments\tiramisu\modules\setup was involved and had to be changed with newest. Always make copy on you hard drive of your SD Card, it has help me a lot of time.
TOO BAD this tool doesn't give gamepad access at the same time it load an homebrew.....

Hey ya'll. Let my Wii U sit for about 4 years doing nothing. Tried to get back into it. Saw this handy app on screen when I booted and it gives error 1999-999. I see I need to be on a custom firmware and I recall getting there via Internet Browser. Unfortunately, I do not have the same router. So there is no set up internet connection and the wii u just ends up frozen on some error screen requiring I hold down power button on console for several seconds to turn off. I'll try getting internet set up again, but I have a broken gamepad - the display is broken, but can register touch input last I knew. If there is a "completely offline and gamepadless homebrew guide" I can follow, that'd be tight. But regardless, as I fight to get online (maybe ordering a nintendo-specific lan adapter; my third party one doesn't work) am I right that there needs to be an internet connection? And will that eventually break my hbc install because of system updates??

Do you have Tiramisu CFW? If that's the case, try holding the START button while booting up the Wii U, then select Homebrew Launcher

If your CFW won't work, try booting your Wii U without your SD card

If you have Haxchi or CBHC or Mocha, I don't really know what to do, as these are old custom firmwares.

Maybe your problem lies in the fact that you haven't used your Wii U for years? That could damage your hardware, iirc.

I hope someone more aware of Wii U modding than me will help you !
